Academics is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to work at Primary Schools in the Crodon Area.
Key Responsibilities - Daily Supply Teaching Assistant - Croydon
*Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour
*Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support
*Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation
*Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Encourage pupil engagement and participation in class activities
*Supervise children during break and lunch times when required
*Foster the social and emotional development of pupils
*Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times
Requirements:
*Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential)
*A passion for education and supporting children’s learning
*Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different classroom environments
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A positive attitude, patience, and resilience
*Right to work in the UK
