Salary: £95 - £105 per day
Start Date: November 2024

Are you a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with SEN. Our inclusive school in Birmingham, B6, is looking for a dedicated individual to make a meaningful impact across Key Stages 1 and 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and help SEN students reach their full potential.
Your Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2
*Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to meet students’ specific needs
*Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and valued
*Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and adjust support as needed

*A proactive, compassionate individual with a Level 3 TA qualification and experience in an SEN setting
*Someone adaptable, patient, and resilient, ready to provide consistent, caring support
*A team player who works well with teachers, parents, and students to create an enriching learning experience
