Job Description:
Complex technical administration opportunity in this prestige aviation maintenance company. The role is working on a 4 on 4 off day shift (7am to 7pm). You’ll be the backbone of the company’s maintenance documentation process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. Your role will also include verifying and submitting attendance data for payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately compile and manage maintenance documents in the company’s system.
*Ensure timely return of maintenance documents to customers.
*Verify and submit staff payroll & attendance data promptly.
*Generate and close work packs, identifying necessary materials and man-hours.
*Update aircraft logbooks and records.
*Securely manage maintenance documentation intake and storage.
*Ensure all supporting documents are included in work packs.
*Compile and issue logbook inserts post-maintenance.
*Coordinate urgent communications with AOG engineers.
*Manage various forms and customer liaison.
*Provide administrative support for the Engineering Department.
*Assist in capacity planning and manpower allocation.
*Perform quality control of maintenance work packs.
*Support internal training coordination.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient with computer systems and keyboard skills.
*Aviation and/or technical experience will be an advantage.
*High accuracy and attention to detail, especially under pressure.
*Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
*Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
