As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling a range of enquiries mainly over the telephone from clients and lenders alongside other third parties.
You will be supporting the case workers chasing up documentation and details required for the clients file ensuring this progresses efficiently and the best level of service is provided.
