Job Description:
Band 6 Physiotherapist (Acute Medicine) 6 months of NHS experience is mandatory Location: St Richards Hospital
Duration: 1st November - 28th February
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30
Pay Rates: £21 - £23 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients in acute medical settings.
*Manage acute admissions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
*Focus on respiratory physiotherapy skills to improve patient outcomes.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Skills:
*Proven experience in acute medical physiotherapy.
*Strong knowledge of respiratory conditions and treatment techniques.
*Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
*Relevant physiotherapy degree and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
*Previous experience in acute settings preferred.
