Role Summary We’re partnering with a vibrant and welcoming secondary school in Southampton that is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Drama teacher to join their dedicated team right away. About the Role As part of a supportive team, you’ll play a key role in boosting student achievement through high-quality Drama teaching. Responsibilities
*Teach engaging Drama lessons to students, including those at GCSE level.
*Inspire confidence and creativity, encouraging students to express themselves.
*Adapt lessons to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
*Work collaboratively within the Drama department and the wider school.
About You
*Qualified teacher status (NQTs welcome to apply).
*Experience in teaching Drama at secondary level, ideally up to GCSE.
*Passionate about Drama and committed to education.
*Quick to adapt and thrive in new classroom settings.
*Team-oriented, working well with colleagues to support student learning.
