Job Description:

This role, reporting to the Business Development Director, is ideal for an individual eager to deliver an efficient, first-class service and help drive growth within a professional setting.
DAY TO DAY:
*Client and Introducer Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and introducers via phone and email.
*Service Excellence: Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) by efficiently managing client due diligence, on-boarding, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
*Sales Conversion: Achieve conversion rate from initial client contact to confirmed instructions by clearly explaining our services, process, timescales, and pricing.
*Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and sector knowledge, supporting personal growth within the business.
*Event Attendance: Represent the company at external events.
