Customer Analyst
Up to £38,000
Liverpool (2x a week)
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading renowned British housing association hiring for a Customer Analyst to take the lead on a variety of analytics projects!
The Role
As a Customer Analyst you will be involved in:
*Developing analysis related to understanding customers.
*Relaying actionable insights to key stakeholders.
*Continuously think commercially and look at quantifying the impact of decisions to build an understanding of delivering value.
*Gathering requirements, deep diving into data sets, visualising and reporting on findings and telling stories around the insights.
Skills and Experience
*Data Visualisation experience - Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
*Proven experience working specifically with customer, survey or satisfaction data.
