Job Description:
SEEKING QUALIFIED EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGISTS
Reed is a specialist recruitment agency in the UK currently seeking to provide our client with committed EP’s from to develop an inclusive education system and society where every child can achieve. The role will be based in the south of England with access to city or rural living options.
What Will You Do?
You will join a team of enthusiastic, highly qualified and supportive Educational Psychologists. The client is part of the Inclusion Service with a purpose to help promote all aspects of a child or young persons’ development by using psychology to make a positive difference.
You will be required to fulfil the statutory function of the Education Department and build strong relationships with the SEN Team to allow for collaborative working.
Some responsibilities will include: multi-agency working to support children and families, monitoring and review of children with SEND, autonomy to employ the evidence-based psychological practice that you feel best meets the needs.
What Will You Need?
- Be a qualified Educational Psychologist, registered with the HCPC.
- Have a sound understanding of current psychological knowledge and skills.
- A minimum of 1 year experience practicing Educational Psychology
