Job Title: Registered Children’s Home Manager - 2-Bed Service
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a small, specialised children’s home? Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee their 2-bed service in Preston, providing support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding for the children.
*Lead, support, and motivate a team of staff to provide a nurturing and supportive environment.
*Ensure the home complies with all Ofsted regulations and maintains a "Good" or "Outstanding" rating.
*Develop personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
*Work closely with local authorities, social workers, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s residential setting.
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
*Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and proven experience managing services for children with EBD.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*Full UK driving license.
