Job Description:
*Perform bookkeeping and manage inventory using the Sage 200 Evolution ERP system.
*Provide support for procurement activities and supplier management.
*Coordinate with suppliers and oversee logistics for specialized finishes.
*Create sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in Sage.
*Process manufacturing stock orders within Sage.
*Assist with monthly stock checks and update data in Sage.
*Support management and sales teams with administrative tasks, including holiday coverage.
*Act as a liaison across departments, ensuring effective communication between factory and office.
*Handle phone inquiries and address customer and supplier questions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
*1-3 years of experience in administrative and bookkeeping roles.
*Strong communication skills—polite, professional, and persuasive, with an ability to build relationships easily.
*Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Experience with Sage accounting software, particularly Sage 200 Evolution, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
