Job Title: Business Development Manager / Performance Director
Location: Remote (with regular travel across the UK as required)
Salary: Basic £41k (inc car allowance) OTE £51K

Key Responsibilities
*Support Franchise Growth: Actively coach and advise franchisees across the UK to help them achieve and exceed their growth objectives.
*Consult and Mentor: Use in-depth industry knowledge to provide franchisees with guidance on business models, tools, and systems.
*Analyse and Adapt: Remain agile and analytical, adapting strategies to leverage emerging tech and new tools of the trade.
*Lead by Example: Model organisation and purposeful action in daily responsibilities, fostering a results-oriented culture.
*Drive Accountability: Take ownership of professional execution of responsibilities, balancing individual initiative with team support.
Ideal Candidate
*Experienced: Minimum 5 years in estate agency, with a track record of strong results.
*Action-Oriented: Assertive, decisive, and driven by competitive results.
*People-Centric: Known as trustworthy and reliable within the property sector.
*Technologically Savvy: Comfortable with tech-based tools and eager to adopt new technologies.
