Serving guests from breakfast through to dinner, we offer delicious meals throughout the day, catering to locals and visitors from their hotel. Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead their team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage management, you will oversee the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-centered service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
*Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service during high-volume periods.
*Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and guest experience.
*Oversee staff recruitment, HR, payroll, and performance, focusing on training and development.
*Manage inventory, stock control, and rotation to minimise waste and maintain optimal levels.
*Coordinate reservations and maximise guest flow and table turnover.
*Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
*Continuously improve processes to enhance guest satisfaction.

*Proven experience in managing a busy, high-pressure restaurant environment.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
