Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Coalville
Salary: £13.70 per hour + £60 per sleep-in
Our client is looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join their 3-bed learning disabilities service in Coalville. If you’re experienced in supporting children and are ready to take on a leadership role, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the daily care and support of children with learning disabilities
*Implement and oversee care plans tailored to individual needs
*Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring a high standard of care
*Participate in a rolling shift pattern, including sleep-ins, to provide consistent, round-the-clock support
Shift Pattern:
*1 day on, 2 days off (including sleep-ins)
*Shifts operate between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm
Requirements:
*Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Children’s Care (or equivalent)
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong leadership skills and experience in a residential care setting
