The Role: Sales Enablement Specialist, PIB Employee Benefits
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and become a part of a successful and supportive team? We have an exciting opportunity within our Employee Benefits team for a motivated individual to take on a role that will support and develop new business opportunities.

In this role you will help support both our Marketing and Sales teams to deliver their key objectives, while you are being supported by our fantastic Learning & Development team in your training.
Responsibilities:
*Sales outreach to warm, qualified contacts
*Manage nurturing of designated prospects throughout sales cycle
*Monitor and triage Request for Proposal (RfP) initiative
*Support RfP responses for clients and prospects
*Manage and update sales collateral for new business opportunities
*Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and initiate opportunities
*Support sales enablement campaigns via email marketing platform (Campaign Monitor)
*Keep our CRM updated with opportunity status
*Represent PIB EB brand at external events, conferences, and internally
*Collaborate with wider Group stakeholders on cross-selling initiatives
*Work with the sales and marketing teams to deliver cross-function activities
Experience & Attributes:
*Strong communication skills and financial literacy
*Able to engage and build relationships internally and externally with various partners
*Good Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with an eye for detail
*Highly organised and someone who can juggle multiple deadlines
*Computer literate; Excel, Word, Outlook. CRM skills advantageous (but training will be provided)
*You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where each day is varied
*Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
*Ambitious, driven and shows initiative
*Positive attitude to learning and immersing in our industry and business
Desirable Experience:
*Degree or relevant experience
*Knowledge of Employee Benefits/General Insurance
*Understanding and awareness of compliance and FCA regulation
