Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible for business analysis and reporting as it pertains to the Cost & Pricing and Sector Management functions
*Assist with the Apptio Migration for IT Financial Operations Management functions.
*Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of initiatives
*Facilitate interview sessions and requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders in order to perform effective analysis of business needs and requirements.
*Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the Development team in the user stories.
*Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and initiatives to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the business strategy.

- Playing a leading role in cost transparency and activity based costing and pricing in a global firm

Skills:

- Apptio experience (migration, configuration, coding, reporting) is preferred.

- Prior BA experience in financial and data systems (e.g. General Ledgers, financial reporting, data driven analysis, cost modelling is a plus but not required).

- 5 years experience in business systems analyst (configuration or custom development) activities for analytical and / or financial tooling and reporting capabilities.

- Stakeholder management (clients, peers, vendors, internal service providers from other functions)

- Experience defining and launching operational or financial processes.

- Project Management experience, especially within/leading cross-functional projects requiring collaboration and in-direct influence to drive successful completion.

- Experience structuring and leading work and driving consensus across teams comprised of diverse groups of senior stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint or similar applications

Qualifications / background:
*Bachelor’s Degree, related to computer information systems or equivalent
*Experience and competent in business analysis
*Experience working in an Agile environment
*Experience of relevant experience on the financial/cost related projects, preferred
*Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
*Strategic, analytical and logical thinker with excellent organization skills
*Excellent planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills
*Creative thinker with attention to details
*Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, end users, Scrum Masters and Scrum Teams
