In order to be suitable for this role you will be a flexible and personable IT professional with demonstrable Windows support experience, allied to some knowledge of Linux and/or UNIX. It will be advantageous to your application to have knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server etc. It is imperative to have excellent communication skills for this role as you will be supporting key external clients.
