Key Responsibilities:
*Participate in project kick-off meetings, ensuring comprehensive briefs.
*Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
*Manage resources across teams and with external freelancers/contractors.
*Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines.
*Conduct regular status meetings and keep clients and stakeholders updated.
*Handle administrative tasks, including contracts, documentation, and invoicing.
*Use task management tools for organizing priorities.
Required Skills:
*Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
*Skilled in prioritizing workloads, simplifying workflows, and anticipating resourcing needs.
*Clear, consistent communication with team leads, employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
*Competent in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating challenging conversations
