Job Description:
Fresh are excited to announce the new vacancy of Maintenance Administrator into the Group.
The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all planned maintenance activities across a portfolio of managed properties.
The role involves ensuring that maintenance schedules are adhered to, compliance records are accurately maintained, and all necessary corrective actions are identified and executed.
As Administrator you will act as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors, managing queries, raising purchase orders, and generating compliance reports. Additionally, the role involves administering asset management software and maintaining up-to-date asset lists.
The requirements of the role will be:
* Plan and coordinate all scheduled maintenance services across managed properties.
* Accurately record and maintain all data, information, and records to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
* Interpret job worksheets to identify when corrective actions or additional works are required.
* Communicate with contractors to ensure planned maintenance schedules are followed and adjusted as necessary.
* Raise purchase orders for planned and corrective maintenance tasks.
* Act as the main point of contact for all planned maintenance queries from both internal operations teams and external contractors.
* Support in the preparation of reports on planned maintenance compliance, ensuring adherence to the maintenance programme.
* Maintain and update records for each property under management.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, challenging costs and the quality of service where necessary.
