Do you have strong hands-on Salesforce Development skills and are starting to take on design responsibilities as an Architect?
This is a great opportunity to join a large European consultancy as one of the first hires in their new Salesforce Practice. This is a unique opportunity to be a pivotal part of a dynamic, growing team, where your technical leadership will drive cutting-edge projects, hands-on development, solution design and the growth of a world-class team.
What You’ll Be Doing: *Lead impactful Salesforce projects: Oversee Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring that technical designs align with clients business needs and deliver excellent user experiences

*Mentor & grow the team: Support the development of junior team members, promoting high-quality coding standards and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
*Ensure platform excellence: Govern platform standards, conduct code reviews, and identify areas for continuous improvement in development processes to keep the team on the cutting edge
*Integrate seamlessly: Work on integrating Salesforce with various third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flows and efficient communication between platforms
*Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into robust, strategic technical roadmaps
What You Bring: *Salesforce expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
*Proven leadership: A track record in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers to achieve high standards and effective solutions.
*In-depth knowledge: A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
*DevOps & CI/CD savvy: Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD processes to streamline and optimise the development workflow.
*Certifications a plus: Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I/II or Technical Architect are highly valued.
What’s In It For You? *Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 plus a £5,400 car allowance (which is paid as cash)
*Benefits: 3% Flexible Benefits Fund, 25 days of annual leave (with the option to buy more), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, and other perks.
*Location: Hemel Hempstead - with a balanced work setup of 3 days a week onsite for hands-on team collaboration and strategy sessions.
