Job Description:
Training Administrator - Rugby
£24,000 - £24,500 per annum + benefits
Hours of work
9 - 5 pm with 30 mins lunch (Monday - Friday). Full-time in office.
Areas of Responsibility:
First point of contact for telephone enquiries
Managing the training and enquiries inboxes and deal with related emails
Management of training course bookings from enquiry through to post course care.
Promote membership when discussing training (and associated benefits
Maintain the Database/CRM system, ensuring that information is accurate, and continually update trainee records
Training related activities, processing applications, chasing payments and DBS applications, sending out confirmation and certificates. Co-ordinating tutors and booking accommodation, and refreshments
Setting up training room for candidates, including printing training notes, course slides, and tutors’ packs
Co-ordinate dates for exams, booking tutors, issuing certificates, and chasing up where exam modules need to be re-taken
Act as DBS Counter signatory, checking ID’s and completed paperwork, updating DBS recording system.
Chasing data, VAT numbers etc. chasing payments, sending out e-mails etc.)
Using Xero (full training will be given) for raising of training related invoices, credit notes and purchase invoices, scanning and uploading of invoices.
Assisting the Operations Manager prepare the supplier payment run and the monthly credit card reconciliation
Assist with the chasing of outstanding member subs, processing online card payments
Assist with membership administration when membership administrator on annual leave
Person Specification:
Significant administrative experience
Good computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
Used to working with databases/CRM systems
Used to dealing with customers constantly via all media (phone, e-mail, letter)
