CMS (Content Management System) Administrator (Permanent Opportunity)
Department: Payroll/ Finance

Leading soft facilities company based near Woking is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have experience of with CMS systems and utilitising MS Excel and entering responses onto the companies HR system.
Key Responsibilities
*Accurate and efficient entry of payroll information - i.e. new users, change of authorisation, change of contract
*Administration and optimisation of CMS database
*Responsible for the smooth operation of CMS
*Managing and troubleshooting content data and workflows
*Onboarding new clients and supporting end-users in their interaction with the platform
*System administration & maintenance: Administer and maintain the CMS platform, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
*Create and manage users.
*Monitor session usage to ensure platform licences are available for other users.
*User Support and Training i.e. provide support to internal teams, including content creators, editors, and marketing team
*Navigate and use CMS efficiently
*Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on how to use and manage content in the system.
*Content Workflow Management: Manage user roles and permissions
*Oversee content updates, including publishing, reviewing, and archiving as necessary
*Manage and update system workflows for timesheets, quality audits and employee portal requests to ensure they are assigned appropriately.
*Customisation and Integration: Collaborate with web developers and IT teams to customise and enhance the CMS functionalities according to business need
*Integrate CMS with third-party services or internal systems (such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, or databases) as required
*Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of the CMS and its associated data
*Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal security policies
*Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration details, user guides, and issue resolution logs
*Generate reports on system performance, user activity, and content workflows for management review
*Data Administration: Work with mobilisation teams to on board new clients and sites on to Templa CMS and TimeGate
*Collaborate with Finance department for setting up new budgets, nominal codes and journals
*Collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure data is correctly inputted
*Create and manage any reporting requirements for Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR and Client Services.
*Create and manage user dashboards
Experience
*Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in CMS
*Templa CMS experience is preferred (training will be provided)
*Experience within payroll and/or HR
*Intermediate Excel - (sort data/ filters, create reports, ability to sum information for analysis) -essential
*Understanding of the CMS architecture
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
*Experience of working in a collaborative, fast paced, and team environment
This is a full time position, with a hybrid option after training, leading to 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The company has parking facilities alternatively close to public transport.
