Marketing Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As a key player in the team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from digital campaigns to social media engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
*Overseeing digital campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to approval.
*Managing and updating website assets, including homepage, banners, and product listings.
*Crafting compelling copy and content for customer communications and promotional materials.
*Executing engaging email campaigns, including weekly newsletters and targeted offers.
*Growing the social media presence through engaging content and timely responses.
*Collaborating with suppliers to create eye-catching print materials for the branches.
*Liaising with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
*Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to optimize marketing efforts.
Skills/Experience required as a Marketing Assistant:
*Some previous experience working in a Marketing/Copywriting role
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*A proactive and self-motivated approach
*A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
