Job Description:
Executive Support, Project Management and Operations
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global commodities brand, within this position you will work closely with the CEO and CFO, providing high-level support to ensure smooth management of their day-to-day responsibilities. This role involves project management acting as the primary liaison between executives, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders. The role and responsibilities will evolve alongside the continuing growth of the business providing excellent career progression.
Role and Responsibilities:
*Collaborate directly with the CEO and CFO to support all aspropects of their daily operations
*Manage project requirements and initiatives assigned by the CEO and CFO, ensuring timely and effective execution
*Manage and maintain the executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
*Be the primary point of contact between the CEO, CFO, Board, and external stakeholders, handling any confidential situations and requests discretely in a timely manner
*Be the first point of contact for guests and clients - including meeting and greeting visitors to the office, answering and screening calls as well as monitoring incoming emails
*Assist with booking meeting rooms, including ordering catering for meetings
*To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals
*To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in supporting a senior executive team
*Experience in project management
*Personable with experience of working in partnerships with stakeholders, managers, and external partners
*Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
*Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
*Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
*Resourceful, innovative and proactive self-starter
Desirable:
*Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
*Advanced project planning skills, Prince2 or similar
*Ability to speak Spanish or other second language
