We are now looking for a Deputy Director of Fundraising to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As Deputy Director of Fundraising, you will oversee and manage our income generation activities to ensure we can continue with our vital work.
Specifically, you will lead the development of tenders and grant applications, manage individual giving and corporate partnerships, and oversee our training and consultancy function.
Leading a team of fundraising and business development staff, you will ensure they achieve an annual net income target of approximately £2 million, collaborating with colleagues to support and enable strategic initiatives.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies for both statutory and non-statutory funding streams
- Drive innovation in our income generation approaches
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices
- Collaborate closely with our award-winning Communications, Partnerships & Public Affairs team
About You
To be considered as a Deputy Director of Fundraising, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior fundraising or business development role
- A successful track record of achieving income generation targets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
