The appointed Solicitor will be responsible for managing a range of family law matters, with a primary focus on matrimonial issues and financial settlements.
•This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation in divorce proceedings, property division, spousal support, and related financial disputes, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s case are handled with the utmost care and expertise.
•The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least one year PQE, a comprehensive understanding of family law and a proven track record of advising high net worth clients.
•Experience in related fields, including wills, probate, or property law, is highly desirable, as it will enhance the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
