Job Description:
Forklift Licensed Warehouse Operative *Location: Norwich
*Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Licensed Warehouse Operative to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of forklifts, as well as general warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations.
Day-to-day of the role: *Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
*Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance to ensure forklifts are in good working condition.
*Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and record-keeping.
*Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
*Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
*Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Valid forklift licence and proven experience operating forklifts.
*Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
*Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
