Legal Administrator *Hourly Rate: £14.40 PAYE / £18.19 Ltd Umbrella

We are seeking a Legal Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to Legal Services within a local authority. This role requires an immediate start and offers an ongoing booking for a candidate who can meet the core business needs of the service, as directed by the Team Leader and agreed with the Principal Business Support Manager.
Day-to-day of the role: *Ensure that key administrative tasks are undertaken and delivered in line with the Business Support Standards, meeting agreed timescales and frequency.
*Work within consistent business support and administration processes and procedures.
*Develop an understanding of the specific business support and administration needs of Legal Services.
*Operate within the hours of 8.48am to 5.00pm, with flexibility to meet service requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal or local authority setting.
*Ability to follow directions and complete tasks within set timeframes.
*Familiarity with business support and administration processes.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Competency in using standard office software and systems.
