Description
*Oversee and manage the implementation of financial systems and processes.
*Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
*Lead the Accounting & Finance team in Oxford.
*Develop and maintain internal control policies.
*Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a successful audit process.
*Support the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy.
*Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
*Advise on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Profile
A successful Senior Group Systems Accountant should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
*Experience in a leadership position within the Accounting & Finance department.
*Expertise in financial systems and process management.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
