Job Description:
Owing to our continued success and plans for growth, we are keen to appoint another dynamic, driven, and motivated individual to join our team of expert recruiters in our Ipswich office.
Whilst no two days are the same in recruitment, we think this is one of the best parts of the job and now we are keen to secure some new talent who can join us on a journey where we remain at the forefront of this marketplace as a leading independent recruitment consultancy.
The ideal candidate is likely to be a professional who is keen to prove their worth and realise their full potential by being the difference through their work ethic and their ability to demonstrate a drive and persistency that ensures results and success.
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Working consistently on Client management and Business development through calls and attending client meetings in person.
*Conducting the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
*Utilise our CRM system and various recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate and client data and track progress.
*Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
*Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
*Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and expectations.
*Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering feedback from managers and conducting performance reviews.
Ideal experience desired, but not essential:
*Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms are desirable but not essential.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
*Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
*Ability to research industry trends and stay updated on best practices in recruitment.
*Experience gained form working within recruitment is a plus, but not essential.

This role is offered on a Full-time and Permanent basis, based in our town centre office.
Our working hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (No weekends)
Basic Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year plus Uncapped commission and bonus scheme
