Description
We are working with a Facilities Management business in Liverpool who are currently looking for a Invoice & Billing Admin to support their service desk teams on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based on site.
The role involves billing, invoicing & applications; Key skills, Excel, using CAFM system, costing jobs & extra works, observant, attentive, careful, meticulous and working to tight deadlines;
Requirements
*Ideally you will have experience of working within similar role within FM, Building Services/Maintenance or Construction.
*Experience of working in a phone based/administrative role.
