Associate - Family Solicitor - London
The Role
My client is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor with to join their Dispute Resolution Family team in London. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients dealing with family, child, relationship, and separation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage your own caseload of family law matters under supervision while achieving defined fee targets.
*Collaborate with senior team members on complex family law cases, including divorce, financial disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, and child arrangements.
*Participate in internal training and contribute to team meetings to continuously enhance your technical expertise.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
*Proven experience in family law, specifically in divorce, matrimonial finance disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, and Children Act matters.
*Strong understanding of relevant family legislation and case law.
