Role & Responsibilities:
*Review and assess reinsurance claims.
*Work collaboratively to develop, implement, and refine claims processes and strategies.
*Analyze and interpret large sets of data related to claims, drawing actionable conclusions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
*Ensure compliance with both internal and external policy guidelines and regulations.
*Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all reinsurance claims and related communications.
