We’re working with a successful mortgage brokerage based in the Lincoln area that is currently looking to expand its team with the addition of a new Mortgage and Protection Advisor. This brokerage works closely with a well-known Independent Estate Agency as well as further lead sources, therefore can provide a strong level of leads on a monthly basis.
Working hours:
*Full Time
*Monday – Friday 9 – 5 pm (Flexible)
*Hybrid working available
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
*Basic Salary £25,000
*Potential guarantee for 1st 6 months
*25% Commission
*OTE £55,000 - £60,000
Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
*Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
*Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
*Full CeMAP qualification
*1 year experience minimum
*Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
*Liaising with introducers to ensure effective referrals.
*Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers / homeowners
*Writing Mortgage and Protection business
*Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
