Warehouse Operative and Administrator *Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
*Location: Abingdon
*Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative and Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, efficient, and looking for a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will handle both the physical and administrative tasks necessary to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.
Day-to-day of the role: *Picking, packing and despatching of orders in a timely manner
*Receive, process, and organise warehouse stock products.
*Perform inventory controls and maintain high standards for audits.
*Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
*Perform warehouse inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
*Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
*Handle administrative duties such as record keeping, managing stock levels, and processing paperwork.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
*Utilise warehouse management software to maintain records and track inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in a warehouse operative role or similar position.
*Strong administrative skills and proficiency in managing systems.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on feet for extended periods.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
*High level of diligence and attention to detail.
*Forklift License beneficial
