*New Business Development: You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, using warm leads, cold calling, and your relationship-building skills to drive growth.
*Client Relationship Management: You’ll build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
*Sales Targets: You’ll be goal-oriented, hitting and exceeding your sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
*Product Expertise: You’ll become an expert on the company’s insurance offerings, allowing you to confidently recommend the best solutions to your clients.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous sales experience is essential (experience in insurance is advantageous but not required).
*A proven ability to build strong relationships and close sales.
*A target-driven mindset with a strong motivation to succeed.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational abilities to manage leads, accounts, and multiple deadlines.
*Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, though training will be provided.
The Package:
*A basic salary of £24,000 - £27,000, with an OTE of £40,000.
