Job Description:
We are working with an established organisation in the manufacturing sector who are looking to employ a Head of Product Delivery, permanently, in the Sevenoaks area.
This is in-office and a great position for someone with proactive problem-solving skills, the ability to identify gaps for improvements in logistics, and is able to manage working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:
*Establish and maintain high standards for product delivery processes and procedures.
*Nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and needs are met.
*Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and address any issues.
*Developing suitable strategies ensuring the company remains relevant to the market.
*Set, monitor and maintain compliance with service KPIs.
*Manage complaints with appropriate escalations and highlight high-risk concerns.
*Guide, support and develop the team members to deliver exceptional services.
*Ensure all service-related payments are invoiced and collected promptly.
*Oversee the processing of customer orders to ensure timely deliveries of goods.
*Work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
*Maintain the ERP system, reducing waste and enhancing productivity.
*Occasionally visit clients or attend internal meetings to address any concerns.
The requirements for this role:
*Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant subject area.
*Extensive management experience in service delivery roles.
*Management certification e.g. ILM/CMI.
*Experience in managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
*High numerate/literate with a strong understanding of business finance principles.
*Ability to analyse financial data to inform strategic decisions.
*Ability to communicate at a variety of levels and with diverse groups.
