CX INSIGHT MANAGER
SALARY UP TO £70,000
LONDON - 2 DAYS A MONTH

THE ROLE
As CX Insight Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
*Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys
*Gather insights from surveys and complaints, delivering true insights, not just data reports
*Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for business stakeholders, optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
*Analyse Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups
*Contribute to strategic plans based on data-driven insights
*Define and measure customer perception consistently across all products and customer journeys
Your Skills And Experience
*Experience mentoring/coaching teams
*Lead initiatives focused on Customer Experience (CX)
*Strong skills in insights generation and storytelling (not just data reporting)
*Strategic ability is important
