Recruitment Facilitation:
- Initiate the recruitment process by posting job adverts and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties involved.

- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings or (on occasion) offer support during interviews with hiring managers.
- Smoothly navigate the offer and acceptance stage.
- Collaborate closely with the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team to ensure a recruitment and selection process that is equitable, inclusive, and transparent.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of all roles while adhering to established time lines, always mindful of quality and cost targets.
Employer Branding:
- Align all recruitment activities with the expectations and service standards of both Macildowie and our client, cultivating an exceptional candidate experience.
- Work alongside MRS other team members and the client to contribute to the client’s aspiration of being recognised as an ’employer of choice,’ both online and in person, including the coordination of external events such as career fairs and school engagements.
General:
- Occasionally, provide support in the client’s onboarding process.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- A proven track record in recruitment, with experience in either agency, in-house, or third-party settings, ideally with a background in high-volume recruitment.
