General Office Administrator / Receptionist | Legal Practice
TSR Legal are proud to be working with a forward thinking law firm in Gloucestershire who are now in search of a dedicated General Office Administrator/Receptionist to become an integral part of their team. This permanent role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently while providing a warm and welcoming presence at the front desk.

Duties:
- Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff upon their arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Criteria:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Hours of Work:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Flexibility may be required occasionally based on office events and meetings.
