A top global law firm is on the lookout for a talented Digital Change Analyst to join their team! Thanks to a wave of new investments, this newly created role will focus on driving digital projects across various practice groups. The firm is renowned for delivering exceptional legal services and innovative solutions to large corporate clients, and now they’re growing even further.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Change Analyst
*Business partnering and solution design
*Engage in discussions with the business, or the wider project team to fully understand the business challenges to be addressed. Use your understanding of technology and legal process to propose potential solutions to these challenges and contribute these ideas to the project team.
*Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams, likely including third parties. Play a key role in supporting SMEs to understand the requirements of them, and support them to provide inputs in a way that meets the needs of the project.
*Play a key role in synthesising information and presenting this in a way that helps the team or wider groups of stakeholders understand key messages regarding the project.
*As part of a small team, owning a large portfolio of activity you will need to work independently, and proactively. You should be able to demonstrate good judgement with regard to identifying and escalating risks, while driving towards the agreed outcomes of the project team.
Skills & Attributes of the Digital Change Analyst
*Good understanding of legal processes and some associated technology.
*Strategic, solution focused thinker - able to balance a desire for perfection with the need to achieve progress.
*Demonstrable experience of making strong, high quality contributions in a fast paced team, working in a complex environment.
