Speech & Language Therapist
Salary: Up £48,500 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience:
*A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy (BSc or MSc).
*Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
*Desirable: Membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
*Additional certifications in neurorehabilitation or dysphagia management are advantageous.
*Experience in evidence-based practice and clinical assessment.
*Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of relevant assessment tools.
*Ability to work independently while supporting team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
*Work autonomously within a specialist clinical area, receiving support and supervision from a more senior Speech and Language Therapist for complex cases.
*Apply the latest neurorehabilitation models, integrating current research findings and best practices into your work.
*Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs, employing evidence-based practices and service user-centred principles.
*Conduct comprehensive assessments, considering the individual’s environment and future plans, to create tailored intervention strategies.
*Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary.
