Job Opportunity: Paid Social Executive - Colchester (Hybrid Working)
CloudScope is on the lookout for a talented Paid Social Executive for a top-tier agency in Colchester, backed by a leading global tech consultancy. This growing agency works with exciting national and international clients and offers excellent career progression.
Position Highlights:
*Role: Paid Social Executive
*Location: Colchester (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
*Salary: Circa £35-45k
*Benefits: Flexible start times, early finish on Fridays, pension scheme, private healthcare
About the Role: As a Paid Social Executive, you’ll be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing strategies for impactful paid media campaigns across various social channels. You’ll join a joing a growing paid social team of around 5 team members which works within a broader team of about 90. This role includes hands-on campaign management, attending client meetings, and formulating strategies to maximize ROI on client budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
*Daily management of client-paid media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
*Set up and ongoing management of paid social and, potentially, programmatic display campaigns
*Define campaign strategies, optimize performance, and provide detailed reporting
*Conduct A/B testing, monitor outcomes, and track events using tools like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
*Support client meetings, delivering high-quality advice to drive results
*Support internal team efforts, improving standards, reporting, and client satisfaction
*Stay updated on industry trends and explore new tools, technologies, and strategies
Skills & Experience:
*2+ years managing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
*Solid understanding of social media’s role in digital marketing
*Experience with multi-market campaigns across EMEA or global markets (preferred)
*Proficiency in tracking tools (Facebook Pixel, GA, GTM) and programmatic display setup (preferred)
*Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
