Rate: £100-£115 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Are you a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant trained in Team Teach, Positive Handling, or MAPPA? Join our team in Waltham Forest, where you’ll provide essential 1:1 support for a Year 6 student with Autism (ASD) and behavioral needs. Role Overview:
*Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 6 student with ASD and behavioral needs
*Implement strategies from Team Teach, Positive Handling, or MAPPA training
*Assist in both academic and social development for the student
*Collaborate closely with the SENCO and classroom teacher to foster a positive learning environment
Requirements:
*Certification in Team Teach, Positive Handling, or MAPPA training
*Experience supporting children with Autism and behavioral challenges
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
