Year 3 Classroom Teacher - Chertsey, Surrey, England
Are you an experienced primary teacher looking for an exciting new role the New Year? Then you’re in the right place! Quantum Scholars are currently hiring on behalf of a primary school in Surrey who are looking for a Year 3 Classroom Teacher (ages 7 - 8).
This is a permanent position starting in January 2025. The ideal applicant must have experience teaching around ages 7 - 8 in a classroom setting and hold a certified teaching qualification.
Right to work in the UK is essential for this role.
The school is situated in a very desirable town just outside of Chertsey, in the home county of Surrey. It is located within a short walking distance from a train station and also offers free onsite parking.
As a classroom teacher you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
*Lesson planning and preparation
*Checking pupils’ work and providing feedback
*Attending parents’ evenings
*Creating learning resources
*Assessing student progress
*Supporting with extracurricular activities when needed
*Following and implementing an approved learning framework
