Connect2Socialwork are looking for a Team manager to cover a busy Family Safeguarding Team in Dudley Council
Daily duties include:
*Supervising staff
*Allocating work
*Chairing Multi agency strategy meetings
*Chairing PLO meetings
*Quality assuring work
*Supporting staff
*Dealing with complaints
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
*SWE Registration
*Eligible to work in the UK
*Drive and have access to a car
*Post-qualified experience
*Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
