Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial, accounting and administrative services in order to meet legislative requirements and support the organisation’s operations.

Description
*Administering accounts payable and accounts receivable systems.
*Preparing month end account reconciliations.
*Assisting with the preparation of budgets and reports.
*Ensuring data is entered into the system.
*Updating financial and non-financial records.
*Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
*Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods.
*Assisting with audits and fact checks.
Profile
A successful ’Finance Officer’ should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
*Experience with financial reporting and financial data analysis.
*High proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
*Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
*Good organisational and time management skills.
Job Offer
*An hourly rate ranging between GBP 16.2 - GBP 19.8.
