Accounts Administrator *Annual Salary: £25,000 - £33,000
*Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well-established family firm. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of Accounts & Admin tasks and the ability to manage a small office environment.

The successful candidate will be part of a forward-thinking business that takes pride in delivering high-quality construction projects.

Day-to-day of the role:

? Handling purchase and sales ledger activities.

? Managing company credit card payments and resolving any outstanding credit queries.

? Conducting credit control and completing VAT returns.

? Filing all necessary paperwork and ensuring compliance, particularly with CIS requirements.

? Preparing weekly and monthly payroll, including expenses.

? Generating monthly company and project reports.

? Assisting in weekly cash flow management and tracking project income.

? Office management duties, including meeting and greeting visitors.

? Adding job cards to the system and supporting the construction manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Accounts Administration experience.

? Proficiency in using SAGE Line 50.

? Ability to manage office operations effectively.

? Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger and VAT returns
