Technical Administrator
Full time, Permanent Role
Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm).
Based in Ipswich - Hybrid Working available after successful completion of probationary period (min. of 3 days in the office, up to 2 days at home).
Circa £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience + an excellent benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support within the Technical department
*Liaise with clients, Area Technical Managers, and Site Technicians
*Handle internal and external telephone enquiries
*Administration of live project documents and notifications
*Process technical specifications and review project documents
*Maintain high standards of service and accuracy
*Prioritise workload to meet business demands
*Assist within other areas of the department/business as needed
Requirements:
*Excellent communicator with professional, friendly, and resourceful approach
*Advanced level of computer literacy
*Motivated, driven individual with excellent organisational abilities
*Good level of spelling and grammar
*Technically minded and approachable with a diplomatic nature
