Customer Service Manager - Bedfordshire - £35,000 - £40,000
Our client, a prominent manufacturer of electrical solutions, is looking for a talented customer service manager to be based in their Bedfordshire office.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of their customer service team, providing direction and leadership to the team, ensuring that customers receive the high level of service that they demand and deserve, as well as creating a positive environment where your team will thrive.
The ideal candidate will be working as a customer service manager at the moment, who demands high standards from their team, with the skills to motivate and lead them in providing the best levels of service to internal and external customers. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday.
